This course is taught in 6 sessions that emphasizes the Beautiful Body- Healthy Body formula to improved eating. Improved eating ultimately facilitates a healthy weight loss. You will learn
What to eat, What to avoid, the basic of metabolism, eating clean on the go, introduction of super foods and meal planning.

One Step at a Time(Walking Program)

This is a group walking program that will lead to a enhance feeling of well-being, fitness and weight loss. A walking assignment, motivation tips and nutritional strategies will be discussed.
